Once an order has been shipped, cancellations and refunds are not supported.

Returns and Refunds

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or other suitable solution depending on the situation.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

Refund Processing
